She piloted programs that engaged young adults and teens to gather grass root level awareness and actively engaged community volunteers to expand the Youth Ambassador program in schools, colleges, and universities, while enabling young adults to hone their leadership skills.
Taking advantage of her expertise as a graphic designer and film maker, she oversaw the production of videos, design, and copy for collateral, planning and executing fundraising events with globally renowned speakers and entertainers
In her own words, Vandana says, “I have always set impossible goals and targets for myself; and yet again, I do not limit myself. My endeavor is to serve nonprofits that serve the global community. As my teacher once said, “Set audacious goals – the rest is just work!”

About David
Originally from Zaragoza, Spain, David has made the US his home for the past seventeen years where he earned a Master of Arts in musicology and a Bachelor of Music in piano performance, both summa cum laude, from the Aaron Copland School of Music of Queens College (NY).
Selected as one of the fifty musicians to be part of Sistema Fellowship at the New England Conservatory, David founded and led two El Sistema-inspired organizations in New York City: Orchestrating Dreams, a nonprofit organization, and the WHIN Music Community Charter School, the first elementary charter school founded and modeled after the principles of El Sistema.
While managing and growing these programs, David also served as Manager of Artist Training Programs at Carnegie Hall, where he spearheaded NYO2 (a national orchestral training program) as well as Associate Music Director at Playground Sessions (a music software company co-created by Quincy Jones). As a fundraiser, apart from raising funds for the two nonprofit organizations he founded, David has served as Manager of Individual Giving for Mark Morris Dance Group, and more recently, Major Gifts Officer for Kaufman Music Center, both in New York City.
He is excited to join Jupiter 360 and contribute with his fundraising experience and passion for transforming lives, particularly the lives of those who are underserved and underrepresented. His career is guided by Gary Keller’s (one of David’s role models) quote: “it is not about the money, it is about being the best you can be!’
“The ones who are crazy enough to think they can change the world are the ones who do.”
